I love it. You have inspired me so much. I use to run track n dance, I have honestly let my self go this yr my biggest now is 200lbs. I have never weighed more than 164lbs. That is my goal. I have a set meal plan in tact and also a gym plan. I think the reason Iam so scared to rejoin the gym is bcuz of something that happened early last year. I worked out so hard I list 30 lbs in 3 months. I’m going to take it alittle slower now, ur my help thanks.

love the idea of this video. although i am hesitant to agree with the statistics of black women being over weight because that number doesnt take into account where the weight is or muscle mass, as black women tend to be thicker. but, i do agree with being healthy!

You will loose weight faster if you tone and do cardio. Muscle burns more fat than fat. So when you start toning, you will first gain weight because muscle also weighs more then you will loose lots of weight. the reason why older women have a harder time loosing weight is because women loose muscle as they get older. TONING IS CRITICAL TO WEIGHT LOSS. Its not just for looking good and actually toning up. lol
